Hello SGVR Members,
Our club is growing and changing in ways we hope is better for all our members. But we desperately need your help.
This past week we have had to postpone a New Member Dinner not because we don’t want to have the event or that we don’t have sponsors its just because our current volunteers are just maxed out and we just didn’t have the resources to get it planned. It will happen…just after we clear some other things off the plate first.
If you have ever planned an event, party, gathering…and can give a few minutes a month we can avoid postponing events. So please let us know if you would be willing to help.
If you are a photographer, videographer or just know someone that wants to give it a try, we are really needing their services at events, cars and coffee and drives.
Purchaser – We have items we need to get ordered for the club. We have the artwork, the vendors list and just need someone to get quotes and place orders and follow up with vendors. If that sounds like something you could do….we could use the help.
I wanted to also thank Melissa, Rossana, and Isaac for jumping in and volunteering. Every contribution regardless of size is so very valuable at keeping this club running.
